Cadangan Membaikpulih Dan Menaiktaraf Jalan Persekutuan 5: Kapar – Sabak Bernam Dan Klang – Banting, Selangor	Detailed design of road geometry, drainage, pavement and road furniture for the upgrading of existing single 2-lane carriageway to dual 2-lane carriageway from Tanjung Karang to Kapar (Segment 1B and 2). The total length is 43.8km.
NPE [New Pantai Expressway, Kuala Lumpur	Conceptual and detailed design of the 20km tolled highway with numerous interchanges. Our scope of work includes geometric design of highway and interchanges, earthworks, bridges and ground treatment.
SPRINT Highway [Western Kuala Lumpur Traffic Dispersal Scheme	Conceptual and detailed design of the tolled highway and numerous interchanges. Scope of work includes geometric design of highway and interchanges, earthworks, bridges and subsoil treatment.
North Port – West Port Highway, Klang, Selangor	Conceptual and detailed design of the 4km highway. Scope of work includes highway geometry, earthworks, drainage, bridges and subsoil treatment.
SILK [Kajang Traffic Dispersal Ring Road (Section D-E), Selangor]	Conceptual and detailed design of highway and bridges from Section D to Section E of the tolled highway totalling 3.8km. Scope of work includes highway geometric design, earthworks, bridges, drainage and subsoil treatment.
Jelutong Expressway (renamed as Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Penang)	Conceptual and detailed engineering design of an urban coastal expressway linking Weld Quay to Jalan Udini totalling 5km. Scope of work include road geometry, earthworks, LA plans, bridges and subsoil treatment.
Berungis – Kota Belud Road, Sabah	Conceptual and detailed design of road linking Berungis and Kota Belud in Sabah. The total length of road is 38.5km and runs partly on new alignment. Scope of work includes road geometry, earthworks, drainage, bridges and subsoil treatment.
LDP [Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong]	Conceptual and detailed engineering design of road improvement of Package II of the LDP which starts from Batu 12 to Dengkil Junction. The design standards adopted was JKR U5 and the authority in-charge was Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia. Our scope of work includes highway geometry, earthworks and subsoil treatment.
BESRAYA [Upgrading And Widening Of Jalan Sg. Besi, Kuala Lumpur / Selangor]	Conceptual and detailed engineering design of road improvement from existing 2 lanes to dual 3-lane tolled highway. Total length of road is approximately 15km. The design standards adopted was JKR U5. The authority in-charge was initially JKR and later handed over to Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia.
Proposed Upgrading of Sewerage and Water Reticulation Systems for Bandar Puteri Puchong, MUkim Petaling, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan	Planning, detailed design and project coordination for the proposed upgrading of the existing sewererage and water reticulation systems for Bandar Puteri Puchong. The proposed upgrading works were necessary due to the increase in plot ratio for the 925-acre development as suggested in the revised Master Planning Layout Plan for Bandar Puteri Puchong. The engineering works include the computation of new PE and daily water demand, design and coordination of the proposed upgrading works including sewerage pumping station, sewage treatment plant, force main, gravity sewers, water reservoirs, water reticulation supply and liaison with the relevant Authorities.
Proposed Mixed Development on Lot PT1434 & PT2923, Mukim Ampang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan	Planning, detailed design, project coordination for the 172-acre mixed development located adjacent to Jalan Bukit Belacan and EKVE. The engineering works include earthworks, ESCP, geotechnical works, platforming, road works, bridges, retaining walls, drainage and detention facilities, road furniture, sewerage and water supply and liaison with the respective Authorities.
Aman Putri [Proposed Commercial Development of 112 Units Shops / Offices on 158.22 Acres Land]	Detailed civil and structural design works such as earthworks, road & drainage, water reticulation and sewerage system.
Proposed Design and Build of Giant Hypermarket at Lot 672, 673 Persiaran Subang, Taman Perindustrian Subang, USJ 1, Selangor	Demolition of the old hypermarket, detailed civil and structural design of new hypermarket consisting of 430,000 sq.ft of retail space.
Proposed Design And Build Of Giant Hypermarket Held Under No. GM256, Lot 956, HS(M) 1940-1953, Pt. 3865-3878, Mukim Cheras	Detailed civil and structural design of the hypermarket consisting of 305,000 sq.ft of retail space. Works also include stabilising existing 18m (max.) slope using soil nailing.
Cadangan Membina Dan Menyiapkan 8 Unit Kedai Pejabat 2 Tingkat Di Atas Sebahagian Lot 3770, Mukim Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh	Project coordination and detailed design of both structural and civil works including earthworks, geometric design, drainage, water supply, sewerage, structural elements design.
Equestrian Park At Precinct 5, Putrajaya	Civil and structural design for the 50-acre equestrian park. Facilities include clubhouse, pavilion, stables, quarters, polo field and paddocks.
Federal Government Buildings at Plots 2G3 & 2G4 in Precint 2, Putrajaya	Detailed design, submission and supervision of earthworks and infrastructures for two major ministerial buildings. Earthworks excavation for 3 levels of basement was carried out.
Cyberpark Phase 1, Cyberjaya	Detailed design and supervision of earthworks, roads and drainage, and minor structures for this 50-hectare recreation park.
Cyberjaya Development Phase 2	Preliminary design for all the roads, platform levels and drainage within the Phase 2 development for the purpose of LCP submission.
Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang	Detailed structural design of 524 units of double-storey terrace house (Phase 1C1 & 1D), 380 units of 2 1⁄2 storey house (Phase 2A & 2C1).
60 Units Of Double-Storey Shop Offices In Mentakab	Detailed structural design of 60 units of double-storey shop offices in Mentakab and a TNB substation.
Cyberjaya Development Phase 1, Package 5 & 5A	Detailed design of internal roads and platform earthworks. Scope of work includes geometric design, earthworks, drainage and structures. The total estimated cost is RM 150 million.
Cadangan Pembangunan Di Atas Lot 1129, 1131 And 1207, Mentakab, Pahang	Engineering consultancy for earthworks, roads and sewerage works in 72-acre mixed development in hilly terrain.
KLCC Lorong Kuda Access Tunnels	Detailed design of subsoil improvement works and temporary shoring for deep excavation in urban area. Monitored the effects of excavation works on adjacent buildings. Also prepared alternative design for a section of the tunnels for the Contractor to suit their construction needs.
Bandar Tasik Puteri – Clubhouse And Driving Range	Detailed structural design for second phase of clubhouse including swimming pool and changing rooms.
Bandar Tasik Puteri Development on Lot 1571, Rawang, Selangor	Offering a full range of civil and infrastructure engineering services in this 2670-acre mixed development township. Played a leading role in the planning and design of the main access roads, earthworks, internal roads, drainage, water supply and sewerage works.
Mingaladon Industrial Park, Myanmar	Preparation of setting out details, earthworks, road geometry, drainage design and subsoil treatment for the proposed industrial park. The total area of park is 90 hectares.
Supervision of Infra Works at Temerloh Industrial Park (Lot 3770, 3771 & 3772), Pahang	Supervised earthworks construction and monitored ground settlement for the 500-acre mixed development.
